FAQs

How do I apply the tapes?

Start on clean, dry skin. If you use a moisturiser, let it absorb fully first. Peel a piece from the backing, place it on the line while holding the skin gently taut, and smooth it down from the centre out.

Leave it on for at least two hours, or overnight, 3–5 nights a week. To remove, peel slowly from the outer edge inward — never on damp skin. Each piece is for one use.

What is inside the box?

Each box holds 40 pieces: 32 oval tapes for the forehead, between the brows and the smile lines, plus 4 pairs (8 pieces) of eye tapes.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

If your skin is sensitive or reactive, patch-test one piece on your jawline for two hours before wearing a full set overnight, and stop using the tape if irritation occurs.

The balm contains beeswax. If you are prone to breakouts, use prescription retinoids, or have had a recent peel or laser treatment, read who should check first.

Delivery & returns

Free delivery anywhere in Lebanon in 2–4 working days, paid in cash on delivery. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it ships.

Sealed, unopened boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened boxes can’t be returned, because face tape is a hygiene product. If a box arrives damaged or you receive the wrong pack, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we’ll replace it.
