How an order works
- You place the order on this site.
- We message you on WhatsApp the same day to confirm your address and the delivery window. We don't ship until you've confirmed — this keeps deliveries reliable for everyone.
- The courier delivers and collects payment at the door.
Prepay and save
If you'd rather pay ahead by Whish or OMT, use the code PREPAY10 at checkout for 10% off and we'll send you the payment details in the confirmation message.
Returns
Face tape is a hygiene product, so we can't accept returns of opened boxes. Unopened, sealed boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; the return delivery cost is yours.
If a box arrives damaged, or the wrong pack was sent, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it at our cost — no need to send anything back.
Refused deliveries
If a confirmed order is refused at the door without reason, we may ask for prepayment on any future order. We'd rather say that plainly here than surprise anyone later.
