Refund policy

Clinitape face tape is a hygiene product. For that reason we cannot accept returns of opened boxes.

Unopened boxes

Sealed, unopened boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We refund the product price; the cost of returning the box to us is the customer's. Contact us on WhatsApp or at clinitape@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a box arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong pack, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost. No return is needed.

Refused deliveries

Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp before dispatch. If a confirmed order is refused at the door, we reserve the right to require prepayment on future orders.

How refunds are paid

Refunds for prepaid orders are returned by the same method (Whish or OMT). Cash-on-delivery orders that were not accepted have no payment to refund.
