Refund policy

Clinitape face tape is a hygiene product. For that reason we cannot accept returns of opened boxes.

Unopened boxes

Sealed, unopened boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We refund the product price; the cost of returning the box to us is the customer's. Contact us on WhatsApp or at clinitape@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a box arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong pack, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost. No return is needed.

Refused deliveries

Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp before dispatch. If a confirmed order is refused at the door, we reserve the right to require prepayment on future orders.

How refunds are paid

All orders are paid in cash on delivery. If a sealed box is returned within 7 days, we refund the product price in cash or by a transfer method we agree with you on WhatsApp. Orders that were refused at the door were never paid, so there is nothing to refund.
